Light pressuring the cap the clip will be declamped with a hearable “click”. Place the indicator into the cavity. The indicator has no preferred orientation. Each indicator is for one use only. After the sterilization procedure you have to exchange it by a new one. Close the cap and clamp the clip with a hearable „click“. The SMU-LCR is ready to use. Place the SMU-LCR in the sterilization chamber with the instrument load. Start the appropriate sterilization cycle. Once the sterilization cycle is completed, remove the SMU-LCR from the sterilization chamber. Open it as before.
Accurate Sterilization cycle: complete color change of the indicator from blue to black.
Inaccurate sterilization cycle: incomplete color change of the indicator, blue, dark blue or cyan (blue-green).
Completely fill out the sterilization sheet and discard the indicator
